Sudbury Stories: Childhood in Sudbury

Event Date:
28th July 2022
Event Time:
15:00
Join us for an afternoon sharing memories and photos of Sudbury life.
Wendy Sevier continues sharing her unique photo archive, offering an insight into everyday life, particularly childhood and what it was like growing up in Sudbury.
Sudbury was a haven for evacuees during WW2, and Wendy will be retelling some of the memoirs of those who stayed here during that period.
We are also inviting attendees to bring their own images and stories of Sudbury life to share and add to the community archive.
We encourage children to come to this event, and have a ‘make your own waffle’ counter for kids and cakes/hot drinks for adults.
Book tickets via the website, £7.50 per adult, £6.50 per child
